Last November we rescued a 5 month old harbor seal from Kittery, Maine. Unfortunately, she sustained significant injuries after being struck by a boat propeller. With extensive care and her strong will to recover, her wounds healed but she sadly lost her vision. While this does not slow her down one bit in our center, and she has become a healthy, happy seal otherwise, she is no longer able to survive in the wild. The good news-after a few months of searching, we have finally received confirmation that she has a new place to call home!
