Whether you're getting your first reptile or your 50th, sometimes it's best to just get back to the basics. I've found that a lot of times when people start owning reptiles they are so focused on getting new or advanced species, that they sometimes forget the little things. I made this video to highlight what I think are some of the most important aspects of reptile care no matter what species you own. Every reptile has its own unique requirements that need to be met in order to keep them successfully, but there are some basic requirements that can be applied to pretty much every reptile that can at least help you get started!
