We went spent an amazing week diving in Anilao, a city in the Philippines. Anilao is famous for it's diversity in marine life. We saw unique fish species, tons of nudibranch, many types of shrimp, octopuses and beautiful coral reefs. In this video we saw a pink hairy squat lobster, a nudibranch, a ribbon eel, a greyface moray eel, and a barnacle. The pink hairy squat lobster is a perfect example of why I love diving in the Philippines. Such unique animals, highly specialized for a specific environment. So alien but yet somehow relatable. These guys would be a great subject for any marine biology class. These shots were taken with a Gopro 10 and a TG6.
