I threw a slice of raw steak too high for a juvenile Red Shouldered Hawk. Before I recorded this video, he was on a large tree branch directly above me. I then decided to place it on the branch in front of me. Then after he was finished eating, he decided to fly over to that branch. So I had NO clue what I should have done. He ended up turning to the left, so maybe he wanted me to throw it to the left of him? He did return 5 minutes later. This video was filmed on Jan 31, 2023.
