Fish cleaning stations are places where large fish stop to have parasites, bacteria or dead skin removed by smaller fish and some crustaceans. It is a mutually beneficial activity for both the large fish and the 'cleaners'.
This is a short video where I observed a juvenile Rainbow Parrotfish being cleaned by smaller fish.
