I Found RARE FISH For My AQUARIUM! is a fun video where we go fishing in the Florida Everglades to find rare fish for my aquarium! Recently there's two major natural disasters affecting the fishing, one being the red tide ripping across the west coast of florida decimating the florida water ways and also an avian bird flu that is ripping through the bird populations. We started our video off today super deep in the everglades where in the past I have caught aquarium fish and there's generally tons of exotic fish activity but today there were no freshwater or saltwater species in that brackish water so we stopped on our way out to set our fish trap in a mostly freshwater waterway where in the past we've caught some African cichlids. After setting the trap we continued inland to a super interesting spot where the saltwater and freshwater meet at a spillway and we found mostly saltwater species like snook, needlefish, mojarra and more! Everything in this area still seems healthy to me so we continued further inland to a canal where I've caught all sorts of cichlids and we ended up catching tilapia, jewels and some stunning mollies! We ended up spinning back to our fish trap to see if we were successful trapping any exotic aquarium fish species and immediately upon sighting the fish trap, I Found some african cichlids swimming around inside of it! We brought them all back to the fish room and added them into my aquariums and fed some live feeders to my monster fish like Barry the bass! I wanted to give a big thanks to @NoLiveBaitNeeded for gifting me my favorite lures (and lots of them) to celebrate 100,000 subscribers on this channel!
