ICH or White Spot disease or Ichthyophthirius multifiliis is on of the most common disease (here: parasitic infection) for our aquarium fish. But there are cases where we do a wrong diagnosis because other infections or diseases look very similar to ICH. Therefore, in such cases where the ICH cannot be cured, a new diagnosis should be done with a microscope! Ask your pet shop, expert or vet!
