Aslan vs Kaplan #animal #animals #animaluniverser #shorts #4kvideo
The Aslan or panther lion (Panthera leo) is a species of predatory mammal from the panther genus of the cat family. It is the second largest species of the family after the tiger. Males, recognizable by their mane, weigh between 150 and 250 kg; in contrast, females weigh between 120 and 150 kg. The modern range is fragmented, lying south of the Sahara, and there is also one small population in northwestern India. In the wild, the maximum lifespan of a lion is 14 years, in captivity it is 30 years. Unlike other cat species, lions are social. A group of lionesses usually hunts together, attacking large ungulates. The lion is a vulnerable species as the lion population is estimated to have declined by approximately 43% in 21 years (approximately three generations of lions, 1993–2014). The biggest reasons for the decline in lion numbers are habitat loss and human contact. The lion as a symbol is widely represented in human culture; it is depicted in sculptures and paintings, coats of arms, films and literature.

Kaplan , panther tiger (Panthera tigris) is a large mammal of the cat family, one of the four species of the group of "big cats" of the panther genus (Panthera). The word "tiger" comes from Dav.-Gr. τίγρις, which in turn comes from Indo-Iranian languages, is related to av. t̰igri - "arrow", alluding to the swiftness of the tiger. The evolutionary center of origin and modern range is East and Southeast Asia. Being the world's largest representative of the cat family, the tiger is the top of the food pyramid in all ecosystems. According to paleontological data, the size of modern tigers is approximately equal to the largest fossil representatives of the family.

The most numerous of the tiger subspecies is the Bengal tiger (nominative subspecies), whose number is about 80% of the total number of the species. It is distributed on the territory of India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan and Nepal.

The tiger is an endangered species. Currently, the number of these animals in captivity is greater than in nature.
