Apart from this, scientists have not yet been able to solve the poison of this frog, they believe that they originated in the northern region of South America about four and a half million years ago. Then their ancestors were not poisonous, later when frogs of this species started eating ants, insects and other poisonous things in the forest, then they became poisonous. If we talk about their size, then they can be from 2 to 2.5 inches while their weight is on average 10 grams. Apart from this, their lifespan can be up to 10 years.
