I Was WRONG!

I was wrong. Just a few days ago I was so happy that a "time out" of over a month had apparently calmed down my OB ("Skittles") but a week or so later he was back at it. Right when I was going to announce that I was again a believer in "time-outs" for fish. Well, like I always say, "Always be learning!" and regarding this situation, ignore my advice!

What's been your experience with cichlid (or any fish) aggression? Have you come up with something that helps sort of getting rid of the fish?
