I struggled with generalized anxiety disorder. A few years ago, it got so bad I couldn't function anymore. Then on January, 2020, I photographed a European Robin, and everything changed. That small bird became my symbol of courage and started my healing journey through bird photography.
In this video, I'm sharing how birds and bird photography helped me overcome anxiety and rebuild my mental health—from panic attacks and health anxiety to finding peace and belonging in nature.
