Tons of Baby Balloon Mollies in My Aquarium!

In this video, I talk about balloon mollies and share some interesting facts about them. While observing my aquarium, I noticed a lot of baby balloon mollies (fry) hiding in my hornwort aquatic plant, which is a great natural hiding place.

Because adult balloon mollies sometimes eat their young, I decided to transfer the baby mollies to another tank to help ensure their survival. Separating fry from adults is very important if you want the babies to grow safely and healthy.
