The Baby boy Bornean Orangutan named Rufus was Born at Blackpool Zoo, the second critically endangered Bornean orangutan baby to be born there in a year
and is the latest baby born there as part of the European Breeding program to prevent extinction of this magnificent species of great ape
recorded in September 2024
