Reef Tank Update - Coral Deaths. Corals are dying from bristle worms. I think I found out why my corals are dying. 20 gallon water change on the 125 gallon saltwater tank. I usually do a 10 gallon water change on the 125 gallon saltwater aquarium each weekend but with the higher nitrates I will be doing 20% weekly, totally 20 gallons for the water change, each weekend for the next month or more.
