Herping gets weird in AZ when the sun goes down.

Ran into some cool people and strange critters on this herping adventure. Things got a bit testy when someone tries to kick us off OUR spot. We ended up finding some cool snakes, lizards, turtles, amphibians and inverts. Received a free education on several invertebrates of Arizona after hanging out with a homemade blacklight/mercury bulb setup one night.

One of the things I enjoy the most about this hobby of herping is the people. Caught up with some old friends and met some new ones. Sure makes looking for vinesnakes a lot more enjoyable when you're hanging out with good people.
