I have seen this large coyote regularly, sometimes with a mate, so far never as part of a larger pack. It's a pretty large individual, likely with some wolf DNA for interbreeding. Like all the awesome wildlife in the Northeaster US forests coyotes aren't really much of a nuisance except for occasional infrequent attacks on livestocks or pets.
