This southern sea lion galops across the land in pursuit of a penguin, the big male, known as a bull, is determined to secure dinner on the beach. The penguin makes a valiant attempt to escape, yet it proves no match for the giant mammal, the prey succumbs to its wound.
Though they usually hunt in the water, sea lions are more than capable of pursuing prey on land, reaching a speed of 32 kilometers per hour.
