The Phoenix Zoo is home to several ray and shark species found in Stingray Bay. The species include cownose stingrays, whitespotted bamboo sharks, epaulette sharks and bluespotted ribbontail rays!
Sharks and rays are found throughout the world's oceans, inhabiting a diverse range of environments - from shallow, coastal waters to the deep sea and the open ocean! Unfortunately, overfishing, finning, bycatch and habitat destruction threaten all sharks and ocean creatures. #SAFEsharks
