On today's adventure into the urban sprawl of south Florida, we're on the look out for invasive species! Specifically amphibians due to an absolute torrential downpour of a tropical storm hitting while we searched! Our main target was the south Florida cane toad, a giant invasive toad species which occur commonly in this area. While these animals are particularly easy to find, we only had a limited time to find them before our cameras would get drenched! So we had to be quick and make it count!
