I have a Dr Novak inspired 100L /20gallon tank with a plenum, that takes it down to 68l of water I have basic plants that I have to prune weekly now, I have CO2 using the baking soda and citric acid system with a variant of the ladder diffuser (limited pressure required to operate), I have three Tunze led lights on timers, trying to replicate morning, high noon, and evening lighting. I feed Rapashy food made up, then frozen in mini-ice cube trays. I run an external Eheim Classic filter with Pumice rock and basic filter floss. it has been running for just over a year now and I can report I have no hair algae, very limited algae on glass, I use a scraper maybe once a month, I do get green spot algae on Anubias but all in all I am well pleased with the results. I'd post pictures if I knew how.
