My first saltwater tank!

This tank is a 20 gallon long Aqueon tank furnished with a Fiji AIO unit. It uses a filter sock and a media shelf to clean the water. Heater is a Fluval 100W heater, and the light is a Fluval 4.0 Nano Reef Light. Combined with sand, live rock, and bare rock, this tank holds about 15 gallons total of saltwater mixed using Instant Ocean salt. I have three pieces of silicone fake decor in there with the intention of having a fish-only tank. Inhabitants are two Black Storm Clownfish, one neon blue cleaner goby, one peppermint shrimp, one cleaner shrimp, and four snails. A planned future fish to add is a Tailspot Blenny, but I need the tank to mature more first.

This tank was started and had water added on Dec 22, 2025. I first added the shrimp and snails on Dec 26, 2025, and the fish were added on Dec 31, 2025.

Feeding time is once a day usually between 12:30 - 1:30 CST.

Jan 3: Three corals (Zoanthid, Pulsing Xenia, Blue Mushroom) added. First shrimp molt! That's the debris that's flying around.
Jan 5: Another peppermint shrimp molted. Got more debris flying about.
Jan 7: Unfortunately, I lost one of the Peppermint Shrimp. I'm not sure why, but I suspect it was a failed molt.
Jan 9: Added an Infrared Light to illuminate at night!
Jan 11: Water change of 1.5 gallons.

I stream using and Amcrest Camera with an Infrared Light at night. I hope to get a better camera in the future.
