In your Bamboo or Vampire Shrimp tank, consider keeping Amano Shrimp with them, preferably with more females than males. In my case, I keep Short Nose Shrimp with them.
The planktonic larvae released by the female shrimp will serve as food for both Bamboo and Vampire Shrimp due to their minuscule size. These larvae cannot survive in a freshwater tank, as they require brackish water, so they will serve as nutrition for both species.
Another thing you can do during maintenance is to gently run your hands through the plants. This will help dislodge any food particles that may have accumulated on surfaces, allowing them to float back into the water column for the shrimp to feed on.
