I trimmed the water wisterias in this aquarium three weeks ago, and they’ve almost overgrown again. XD

This is my Sweet Potato Aquarium, built following the Walstad method. It’s a natural approach to fishkeeping that uses a soil substrate and lots of live plants to create a balanced ecosystem, eliminating the need for filters or oxygen pumps. The plants clean the water and provide oxygen, mimicking a natural environment. If you’re interested, I highly recommend looking into Diana Walstad’s method—it’s a great way to maintain a sustainable and low-maintenance aquarium!
